Training
Orchardville will provide training and development opportunities which meet the needs and aspirations of people with learning disabilities and provide progression and accreditation of their skills and knowledge.

Employment
Orchardville will provide a choice of employment experiences and opportunities which enable users of the service to meet their own needs and aspirations and progress towards employment.

Social & Leisure Activities
Orchardville will provide the opportunity for people with learning disabilities to participate in a variety of social and leisure activities.

Community Businesses
Orchardville will develop self-sustaining community businesses which provide employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

Communications
Orchardville will market its services effectively, communicate appropriately with all its internal and external stakeholders and make a positive contribution to public policy.

Human Resources
Orchardville will value, support, and consult its employees and volunteers and give them the opportunity to develop.

Finance & Administration
Orchardville will raise sufficient income to achieve its aims and carry out financial planning, accounting and reporting and other administrative systems to the highest standards.

Governance & Management
The governance and management of the Society will fulfil legal requirements and demonstrate best practice.
