The Society will continue to build on its successful model of progression towards employment for people with learning disabilities. Programmes will encompass all the necessary components which will enable each person to progress to their individual target. Programmes will consist of assessment, skill enhancement, work experience, accredited qualifications and employment opportunities. The Society will continue to offer and expand opportunities for individuals in the area of Business Administration through increased Business Centre Placements and Catering Opportunities through further developments within Edgcumbe Catering Services, Orchard Cafe and Edgcumbe Cafe. The Employment Department will continue to offer the Model of Supported Employment through its work experience programmes and will assist individuals progress into various employment options working with all Department of Employment Initiatives.

These actions will continue to ensure that people with learning disability have;
