Using the Supported Employment Model, our Employment & Skills service supports participants to overcome barriers to employment and to develop the skills and experience needed to secure paid work.
Our community inclusion services support participants to become more included in their community, providing them with a range of skills, activities and opportunities that promote independent living.
Operating as commercial businesses, our social enterprises provide training and work experience opportunities to participants in a supportive environment.
