How long will Orchardville support me? Are your services time limited?
- Orchardville’s services are not specifically time limited, however, most of our services are funded for an agreed period of time in line with conditions set by the project’s funder. The continuance of our services is generally dependant on us successfully securing ongoing funding for them. Our aim across all our projects is participant progression. We endeavour to assist participants develop their confidence, independence and employability. We will support participants for as long as required and for as long as the support is demonstrable as having it’s intended impact.

Will joining Orchardville and starting paid or voluntary work affect my benefits?
- A person’s circumstances will often be unique. The possible impact upon Benefits you currently receive by accessing our services would therefore need to be considered individually. Our experience would be that accessing our services generally does not adversely impact a participant’s Benefits position. Likewise, starting a period of voluntary work will generally not affect your Benefit entitlement. If you secure paid employment whilst participating on one of our projects, we will signpost and assist you to avail of suitably qualified independent advice on the matter, supporting you through the process. We do not provide Benefit advice and cannot complete Benefits applications on your behalf.
