Starbucks NI
Orchardville’s partnership with Starbucks in Northern Ireland is now in its 7th year. Throughout that time, Starbucks have encouraged a range of initiatives that support our vision of a society were equal opportunities are enjoyed by everyone.
Initiatives have included
- Work experience opportunities for our participants in every store
- Starbucks employees sitting on mock interview panels or assisting with the delivery of interview skills preparation training
- Direct fundraising both in-store and through the hosting of unique celebratory events
- Supporting our participants to take the step towards becoming paid employees
